1) Exchange for a different size or color. You will be sent a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you, and the exchange will be processed as soon as we receive the item. You will not be charged the 3.99 return shipping fee.
2) Return for a store credit. You will be sent a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you, and then as soon as we receive an item, you'll receive a MeMoi.com store credit. You will not be charged the 3.99 return shipping fee.
3) Return for refund. You will be provided with a shipping label. A flat return shipping fee of 3.99 will be deducted from your refund. As soon as we receive the products back, we'll issue a refund to your credit or debit card.
We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

International Returns. We do not provide prepaid return labels for international orders (outside the U.S.), international customers please mail your return to the address provided above, please make sure to include your order number with your return.
