Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days for a refund or within 45 days for store credit or an exchange.
Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website.

Return Requirements

• Items must be returned in their original packaging and with all labels attached.
• Items must be unwashed and in original condition.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Important Note About Shipping Fees

Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable, regardless of the return option selected.

1. Exchange (Size or Color)

• A prepaid shipping label will be provided at no cost to you.
• Your exchange will be processed once the item is received.
• No $5.99 return shipping fee applies.

2. Store Credit

• A prepaid shipping label will be provided at no cost to you.
• Once we receive your item, we will issue a MeMoi.com store credit.
• No $5.99 return shipping fee applies.

3. Refund

• A prepaid shipping label will be provided.
• A $5.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive the item.

Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives defective, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us at customerservice@memoi.com before initiating a return.
Defective item claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

International Returns

We do not provide prepaid return labels for international orders.
International customers may return items by mailing them to the address above. Please include your order number with your return.
