          We Have 3 Return Options

          1) Exchange for a different size, or item of equal or lesser value. You will be sent a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you, and the exchange will be processed as soon as we receive the item.

          2) Return for store credit. You will be sent a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you, and then as soon as we receive an item, you'll receive a MeMoi.com gift card code valid for 30 days.

          3) Return for refund. You will be provided with a shipping label. The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from the refund. As soon as we receive the products back, we'll issue a refund to your credit or debit card. 

          We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

          If you receive a defective, or incorrect item, or you receive your order missing an item, please email us at customerservice@memoi.com before initiating a return.
